I – Shisha Delivery and Catering

How do I place an order?

Provide us with your order, your address and the requested time of delivery.  We recommend pre-bookings especially during rush hours and holidays.

Our payment method is only cash at the door for the moment.

How does it work?

EASY! 

We deliver to you all the necessary equipment to start the shisha, that includes: shisha, tobacco head, charcoal, electrical/gas charcoal burner, clamp, hose, tips. All you need to do is to light the charcoal and place them on the head. If you are new to shisha, the person who will deliver will give you instructions. We pick up the next day.

Hygienity

Our Company has a strict cleaning procedure.  After each shisha is returned, we spend time cleaning and sanitizing each shisha part including the silicon hose with special brushes and products. Cleanliness is very important to us. A disposable one-time-use hose can be purchased as well.

What’s the average delivery time?

Delivery time is around 45 minutes.  This can be less or more depending on the time you order. We advise to pre-book your shisha in advance in order to have it at the time you want. Check available Time Slots on the Delivery page.

Can I order just a shisha fruit head?

Yes, if you have your own shisha we can deliver fruit heads only.  Orders should be €20 or above plus delivery charge depending on your area.

Do you cater?

Of course! We specialize in catering.  

We cater all kind of events: weddings, corporate parties, birthday parties, family reunions, graduations, BBQ parties and many more!

Just let us know two days in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

What if I break the shisha?

We understand accidents happen. In case you break a shisha, we will charge you a replacement charge of €20.

Returns and Refunds 

We have a wide range of flavours and we know that everyone’s taste is different.  We cannot issue any refunds or returns.  For this reason we suggest if you are not an experienced smoker please ask our sales persons at the time of ordering for our top recommended flavor mixes.  Just say if you want it, strong, sweet, summery, wintery or light for a beginner. We guarantee you will enjoy our shisha to the maximum.

II – E-Shop

This is about products e-shopping and not Shisha Delivery & Catering.

What are the shipping methods available in Cyprus and how much it will cost?

Orders are delivered same/next day. For orders in Limassol we use our own delivery service and you will be notified when the delivery is coming. For orders across the island we use ACS Courier. Shipping cost will show at checkout. Any orders above €50 enjoy free courier charge.

Do you ship overseas? How much it will cost?

Yes, we offer international shipping.  Please contact us for a quotation once you know your final order.    

How can I cancel or change my order?

If your order is not shipped yet, we will be able to cancel or change it. You can contact us to cancel or change your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

At the moment, we only accept cash payment on delivery and swift bank transfers for international shipments.

Do you have a Return Policy for your Products?

We hope you will love our products! Be sure that we will replace any broken/default products.

But if for any reason you feel not satisfied with your purchase, please make sure that you should:

  1. Notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Be sure to quote your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Ensure all products are unused and in original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs (unless the product is damaged) and your return will be processed within 2 weeks.
